MAXXReplay Cricket provides instant video replay to assist cricket umpires in reviewing on-field incidents. It is a decision-support tool only.
2. No Official Review System
The App is not an official Decision Review System (DRS) and is not affiliated with any professional or governing cricket body. Final decisions always remain with the umpire.
3. Acceptable Use
- Use the App lawfully and responsibly
- Obtain consent when recording video where required
- Comply with local competition rules
4. Video Content Responsibility
All recorded footage is owned and controlled by the user. The App is not responsible for misuse or disputes arising from shared video.
5. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "as is" basis. MAXXReplay Cricket is not liable for incorrect decisions, match outcomes, or data loss.
6. Updates & Availability
We may modify or discontinue features at any time without notice.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
